Toyokoki HYB Press Brake

Electrician meters a 275 ton HYB at 1.5 amps at idle. The customer’s other brake, a 230 ton hydraulic, came in at 18 amps.	The oil pump on a conventional hydraulic brake runs all the time, wasting power and profits.

Thickness Sensing/Correction – an HYB detects thickness variation and adjusts ram stroke accordingly. Adds just a fraction of a second to a bend, with no special tools required.

New "Win II" Control – the new Windows XP based control features a 15" touch screen, 3D imaging, and a variety of other nice features. The Win II control is open to 3D images produced from all CAD packages. Off line programming software available

Toyokoki Backgauge – heavy duty gauge fingers are powered horizontally and vertically, and can be skewed as well.

Programmable Crowning System – if desired, an operator can make adjustments to the crown, for instance closing the center while keeping the ends of the bed constant.
