AKS is a 90 year old, Cleveland based builder of heavy duty CNC plasma cuttings systems. 

Accu-Kut Precision Plasma

• One Piece Frame – not held together by bolts like most unitized tables.

• Tall Table – 40” height eases loading, protects frame from the heat of the plasma.

• Powered by Hypertherm’s HPR Series Torch – 260 and 130 amps available.

• Hypertherm MicroEdge Machine Control – for best synergy with the Hypertherm torch.

• Sectionalized Exhaust – pneumatically controlled dampers (protected by 3/8” plate) focus draw on cutting area.  Slugs are directed to easy access side doors for cleaning. 

• Precision Drive System – helical rack and pinion, dual servo drives, direct drive of the gear to the rack (not spring loaded), LM guides protected from dross by 3/8” wall tubing.

Dura-Kut Gantry Plasma

• Unique Design - robust welded and stiffened double beam, with low center of mass and high rigidity.

• Precision ground dual rack and pinion longitudinal drives.

• Heavy duty machined crane rails.

• Available with conventional and precision plasma in various configurations, up to six stations.  Gantry widths are designed to fit your large scale cutting needs.
